Looking to use your CNC to make trays, but aren't sure how to setup your files? These detailed PDF plans include the steps and toolpaths needed to make a matching set of Valet Trays.
Tray Sizes are in inches W" x L" = 2.5x8, 4x8, 6x8, 8x8, 10x8, 12x8
You will receive the Vectric Vcarve .crv file setup to cut all 6 size trays on one board. Includes toolpaths needed for pockets, perimeter cutout and top roundover. PDF Instructions including toolpath screen shots and setup instructions / explanations. Additionally, I provide .dxf and .svg vectors for the design.
All files will be contained in one .zip file.
Please note this is a digital download only. No wood or tools are provided. No physical item will be sent.
You will need to purchase milled lumber or have tooling to Plane / Rip the hardwood stock to make this design. I use 4/4 lumber to make these. Overall stock size needed to cut out all 6 trays, at one time, is 45" x 8.75" x 1.25".
